Owner/Chef Dylan Wakefield
Dylan Wakefield, the owner-operator of Pendulum Fine Meats, knew as a young boy that he wanted to be a chef. While apprenticing at his father's bar he had a behind-the-scenes look at how a food business ran. Dylan began to practice his skills in the kitchen while helping out his father. Dylan joined the Navy and spent eight years cooking for his fellow sailors. After his discharge from the Navy, he decided he would like to hone those skills further. Dylan did this by deciding to attend the Culinary Institute of America.
