Executive Chef Brian Wegener
Brian Wegener grew up watching his stay-at-home mom cook and helping her out in the kitchen. Cooking is his passion. Prior to becoming the Executive Chef at Esoteric Brian performed as a sous chef and worked the sauté station. Brian loves the pressure of being in the kitchen and then knowing that people are enjoying what he creates. He understands that the flow of the restaurant has a direct correlation to the mood the chef sets in the kitchen. Brian supports local farmers and uses fresh local ingredients for his dishes.
