Chef Andrea Di Carlo
Chef Andrea Di Carlo was born into a family of Italian chefs. His father and mother, both from Sicily, migrated to New York. After marrying they opened a traditional Sicilian style bakery. Chef Andrea spent much of young life in the bakery until the family moved to Virginia Beach. Once settling in Virgina Beach, the family opened an Italian restaurant. By the age of 13, Chef Andrea had already become the head chef. Chef Andrea always uses the best quality ingredients in order to serve the best quality food. A concept that he learned from his mother. Chef Andrea understands that his guests are like family and wants to ensure they have a great time and enjoy authentic Italian recipes.
