Located in the ViBe Creative District near the Virginia Beach Oceanfront and open since 1993, Croc’s is an award winning AAA Three Diamond Restaurant. It became the first Virginia Green restaurant in 2007, where they maintain their own on-site garden and source locally made craft beers, wine, and spirits.
Chef Matt Knack
Starting as an extern from culinary school Chef Matt Knack continued his career at Croc's 19th Street Bistro. Quickly he jumped the ranks to Executive Chef. Daily he collects fresh herbs and vegetables directly behind the restaurant from their city garden. Primarily he strives to stay active in his local community developing and participating in events promoting local growth.
