Chef David Hannah attended NSU and TCC. After graduating he studied under Chef Alvin Williams at Cobalt Grille as a Sous Chef for over six years. During which he dabbled on his own developing jellies and jams both savory and sweet. Ultimately creating his Regular Chef Jams line. His self title "The Regular Chef" suits his humble gentle personality. Henceforth Chef David "Regular" Hannah focuses on perfecting his delectable dishes and less on the limelight of becoming a celebrity chef. In essence his dedication is portrayed throughout his culinary masterpieces.
